This adaptive re-use project encompassed converting three existing buildings into a mixed use complex with an art gallery, commercial space and residential units. The heritage components of the building including the masonry, windows, storefronts and murals were rehabilitated and incorporated into the planning. The building was upgraded to meet the current life safety and accessibility standards.
