Two Park Place

The 21 suite apartment building is the second of five phases proposed within the master site plan. The building and suite layouts were designed to take advantage of views to the park and adjacent landscaping. The spacious, flexible suites set a high standard for rental properties.

This development implemented advanced building principles, including an enhanced building envelope, high performance windows, increased insulation values and individual tenant control over temperature and ventilation.
