Steinbach Curling Rink

The curling rink and site development is the first phase of a downtown recreation redevelopment plan. The mixed use complex compliments the existing arenas, and features a five sheet curling rink, assembly space and leasable space intended to be utilized as a movie theatre and coffee shop.

The site planning and hard landscaping development reinforces the prominence of Stony Creek as an influence on the city layout. The site will anchor the north point of Lumber Avenue, providing a focal point to the downtown link and contribute to the extention of the recreational path system.
